# Filas de Atendimento

Para criar filas:

1. Vá em **Telefonia - Filas**.

2. Clique em **Novo**.

3. Dê um nome à fila.

4. Defina estratégia de distribuição.

5. Defina o qID (deve ser curto)

6. Defina o papel de equipe ao qual deverá ser direcionado as chamadas

7. Defina o tipo

8. Salve.
